- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the error was caused by our team.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or payment receipt.
- A clear video showing the defect or damage must be submitted along with your return request.
Warranty & Replacement
- If your product is covered by a warranty, only the defective parts specified under the warranty will be eligible for replacement, not the entire product.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
