We confirm order details before production. Returns are accepted for defective, damaged or incorrect products, or items that do not match the agreed specifications. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, subject to applicable law.

Return Conditions

Please report visible damage or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. This does not limit your warranty or statutory rights.
Customized or made-to-order items are eligible for review if defective or not made to the approved specifications.
Proof of purchase and clear photos or a video showing the issue are required.
Please keep all supplied parts, accessories and original packaging where available.

Warranty & Replacement

Warranty periods and coverage vary by product. Please refer to your quotation, product details or warranty documents.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement of defective parts. If this does not resolve the issue, other remedies will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Provide your order details, a description of the issue and supporting photos or video.
Contact us for return instructions before shipping or dismantling any item.
If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover necessary return shipping using a method arranged with our team. Any other charges will be confirmed in advance.

Refund Process

Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
